Equine Photo Shoot at Colorado Horse Park

I had the pleasure of working with stunning chestnut show hunter, Dinka. This handsome gelding is a 9 year old Swiss Warmblood and an absolute sweetheart of a horse. During our hour long session at Colorado Horse Park I was able to create plenty of variety with a mix of black background images and horse and rider portraits.

Colorado Horse Park is a premier 148-acre equestrian facility located in Parker, Colorado and hosts a number of hunter/jumper, eventing and dressage shows throughout the year. I love photographing at this location thanks to numerous open shade areas for creating black background portraits and a beautifully landscaped main walkway that makes a perfect backdrop for horse and rider photos.
