These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website and services provided by Allison Mae Photography ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website at www.allisonmae.com and booking any photography services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 1. Services Provided
Allison Mae Photography offers photography services, including but not limited to dog photography sessions, equine photography sessions, cat photography and other related photography services. Specific details about the services, pricing, and session availability are outlined on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
To reserve a photography session, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled session date. Payments can be made via cash and credit card.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that the session is non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of illness or emergency, we will work with you to reschedule your session.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled session. You are also responsible for ensuring that the pets involved are in good health and suitable for a photoshoot. If your pet is aggressive or poses a risk to the photographer, other clients, or animals, we may refuse service and cancel the session.
4. Image Usage and Copyright
All images captured during the photography session are the property of Allison Mae Photography. We retain the copyright to all photographs and reserve the right to use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, print materials, and advertising, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You are granted a personal use license to print and share purchased images as you wish. You may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without express written consent from Allison Mae Photography.
5. Image Delivery
You will receive a selection of edited images from your session, delivered via an online gallery. The number of images delivered and the delivery timeline will be specified in the service agreement.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible.
7. Session Locations
All sessions are conducted at locations mutually agreed upon between you and Allison Mae Photography. Allison Mae Photography is responsible for permits required for photography at specific locations unless otherwise agreed upon. You are responsible for your parking fees.
8. Liability
Allison Mae Photography is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the photography session. By booking a session, you agree to hold us harmless for any injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the session.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data you provide will only be used for communication related to your photography session and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy, where you can find more detailed information about our cookie use and how to manage or disable cookies.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Allison Mae Photography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado and any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
