Colorado Equine Photography

Carbonera, a five year old Andalusian mare, is the stuff of childhood dreams. With her flowing mane and cresty neck, she looks like she stepped off the pages of Edwards’ Encyclopedia of the Horse. Sweet, levelheaded, and recently started under saddle, her person was after some photos to document their early days together. We met up on a beautifully golden October afternoon in the Denver foothills.
