Best of 2023

Looking back on the wild ride that was 2023, it's safe to say it was a year of growth and incredible experiences. From exploring the stunning beauty of Switzerland and learning from amazing dog photographers, Anne Geier and Sarah Stangl, to navigating the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland with instruction from Alicja Zmysłowska, Charlotte Reeves, and Craig Turner-Bullock, each adventure has been like a puzzle piece shaping my journey as a dog photographer.

In the spirit of pushing boundaries, I completed a 6 month dog photography course called Emerge, and my final portfolio won 3rd overall. I also entered my first international photography competition, Pet Photographer of the Year, and all three of my images were awarded silver.

But what I’m most excited about was kicking off adventure hiking sessions in 2023. Hitting the trails, making memories with clients and their dogs in the magnificent Colorado Rockies – it's been nothing short of magical. These sessions not only capture the essence of adventure but also provide a perfect playground for dog parents to bask in the great outdoors with their beloved pups.

Beyond all the epic imagery, the real magic lies in the connections made with the fantastic clients I've had the privilege of working with. Weaving your unique stories into photographs is a dream. 2023 wasn't just about creating breathtaking images; it was about building lasting connections and delivering an unparalleled experience for people and their dogs who love Colorado.

So here's to growth, to unforgettable moments, and to the countless adventures waiting to unfold in the coming year! Thank you for making 2023 so incredible! 🧡
